1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FinansBiyotik application ("App"), you accept these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FinansBiyotik is a financial information and portfolio management app offering the following services:

• Live market data (stocks, cryptocurrencies, currencies)
• Portfolio tracking and management tools
• Financial news and analysis
• Investment calculators and tools
• Educational content

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old
• One person may not open more than one account

3.2 Account Security

• Keep your password confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses caused by stolen credentials

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree that you will NOT:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the App
• Share false or misleading information
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Copy, extract, or redistribute our content without permission
• Use automated tools (bots) to access the App

4.2 Content You Submit

• You retain ownership of the content you submit
• You grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content
• You are responsible for the content you submit
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content

• Investments carry risk, including loss of capital
• You alone are responsible for your investment decisions
• Consult a qualified financial advisor before investing
• We are not liable for investment losses

5.3 Market Data

• Market data comes from third-party sources
• We do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness
• Data may be delayed or contain errors
• Use the data at your own risk

6. Subscriptions and Payments

6.1 Free Tier

• Basic features are available free of charge
• Subject to limitations (e.g., number of alerts)

6.2 Premium Subscription (not active yet)

• Pricing: As shown in the App
• Billing: Monthly or yearly (may auto-renew)
• Payment: Through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Cancellation: You may cancel anytime from your app store account

6.3 Refunds

• Refund policies are managed by Apple and Google
• For refund requests, contact the App Store or Play Store
• We do not process refunds directly

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

• FinansBiyotik and all related content are our property
• Protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission

7.2 License to Use

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license
• For personal, non-commercial use only
• The license may be revoked if you violate these Terms

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services:

• Market and indicator data providers (Yahoo Finance, CoinGecko, TCMB EVDS, FRED, Eurostat, the World Bank, TEFAS, Frankfurter/ECB, news sources) — none of your data is sent to these sources
• AI provider (Google Gemini / DeepSeek) — for assistant and daily briefing responses
• Notification and advertising infrastructure (Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google AdMob / AdSense) — once they go live
• Email provider — verification and notification emails

Exactly which data goes to whom is listed in section 5 of the Privacy Policy. The app does not use Google Analytics, Sentry or any similar third-party analytics or error-tracking service. No payment processing service is currently used either; the app is free (see section 6).

Each service has its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 "AS IS" Basis

• The App is provided "as is," with no warranties
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for data loss or corruption

9.2 Limitation of Liability

10. Indemnification

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising out of:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You can permanently delete your account and all your data at any time: from within the app via Settings → Delete My Account, or from the finansbiyotik.com/hesap-sil page.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Harm other users or our reputation

12. Changes to the Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time
• Significant changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved in Turkish courts.
